Author Guidelines

Manuscript Types

• Research Articles: Original empirical research (5000-8000 words)
• Review Articles: Comprehensive literature reviews (6000-10000 words)
• Case Studies: Detailed analysis of specific cases (3000-5000 words)
• Short Communications: Preliminary findings (2000-3000 words)
• Opinion Pieces: Expert perspectives on current issues (1500-2500 words)

General Formatting Requirements

• File format: MS Word (.docx), PDF, or LaTeX
• Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
• Line spacing: Double-spaced
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• Page numbers: Bottom right corner
• Language: English (British or American, consistent throughout)

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should include the following sections:

1. Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, contact information
2. Abstract: 150-200 words summarizing purpose, methods, results, conclusions
3. Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords
4. Introduction: Context, research questions, significance
5. Literature Review: State of current knowledge
6. Methodology: Research design, participants, procedures, analysis methods
7. Results: Findings presented clearly with tables/figures
8. Discussion: Interpretation, implications, limitations
9. Conclusion: Summary and future research directions
10. References: Complete citation list

Citation Style

Use APA (7th edition) citation style for all references. Ensure all citations are accurate and complete.

Example:

Smith, J., & Johnson, M. (2023). Title of article. Journal Name, 15(3), 234-251. https://doi.org/10.xxxx/xxxxx

Figures & Tables

• Number sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)
• Include descriptive captions
• Submit high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum)
• Ensure all figures are referenced in text
• Use clear legends and labels

Ethical Compliance

All submissions must:

• Be original and not previously published
• Comply with ethical standards for research involving humans or animals
• Include institutional approval (IRB/IACUC) when applicable
• Disclose conflicts of interest
• Acknowledge all funding sources

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, verify:

• ☐ Manuscript follows all formatting requirements
• ☐ All authors have read and approved the final version
• ☐ All references are complete and accurate
• ☐ Figures and tables are numbered and captioned
• ☐ Keywords are provided (4-6)
• ☐ Abstract is 150-200 words

After Acceptance

Upon acceptance, authors will receive:

• Galley proofs for final review
• Opportunity to make final corrections
• Publication timeline information
• Open access publication confirmation
• DOI assignment for article
